Health & Fitness Evaluation
The testing and evaluation procedure is a vital component and the first step to obtaining your goals. Our evaluation tests all components of fitness including; body fat, range of motion, balance, reflexes, core stability, strength, aerobic capacity, posture, anaerobic force production and more. This information is then scored, evaluated and used as a baseline of fitness. Allowing us to set goals and determine weaknesses and proper steps to achieve your goals.

Elite Programs
Each program at Elite Fitness is designed specifically for you. Every program is charted and progressed to fit the needs of each individual client. All of our trainers follow the same basic protocols for all clients. When a program is designed for you it is based on your goals and needs and does not change unless your goals change.
