Strength Training
To get the optimal gains from our programs, and reduce the risk of injury on and off the playing field, we incorporate individualized strength training and flexibility workouts. Different sports, ages and levels will determine the extent of the strength program. By using a variety of resistance exercises we can assure that you achieve the level of muscular fitness and endurance necessary for the sport. To keep an athlete from overtraining and remaining fresh, each program accommodates for the seasonal demands of the sport.

Movement Training
Our programs start by breaking down the essentials of the athlete’s movements, relative to their sport, and working on them until you have perfected each one. Finally putting these components together and transferring them to the playing field. The Sports Specific Training programs can cover simple movement patterns in a single plane to explosive, complex multi-plane movements. Most sport training encompasses drills that focus on agility, change of direction, first step speed, vertical jump, running technique and speed, acceleration and balance.
