Elite Fitness is owned and operated by Roy Hinchman, CSCS.

 

Roy has over 15 years experience in the field of fitness, working with athletes as well as the general public. Roy's credentials include:

  • B.S. Exercise Science (1993)
  • CSCS – Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist by NSCA (1993)
  • CPT - Certified Personal Trainer by ACE (1993)
  • USAW - Certified Level 1 Weightlifting Club Coach(2002)

Roy is also the Head Strength and Conditioning coach at Rutherford High School in Rutherford, NJ. Where he designs and oversees the teams workouts.
