Elite Fitness is a Sports Specific and Personal Training Center. All sessions are by appointment only. We are a private facility that offers One to One training with no open gym membership. Open since June of 2000, Elite Fitness has been providing personalized service in a private setting with positive results.

Our 2000 sq. ft. facility is designed with a free weights, a sports conditioning floor, functional training equipment, cardio section, stretching area and a private room for fitness testing and evaluations.

Conveniently located on Route 46 West in Totowa, NJ and easily accessible from Rt. 23 & 80.
